A.S. & A.P. has been selected by all Star Alliance partners as well as other non Star Alliance Airlines at Schiphol Airport to be their source for hotel accommodation as well as transportation of relatives and non-injured passengers and crewmembers.
A comprehensive program has been designed to ensure a smooth operation of accommodating passengers, family members, crewmembers and emergency teams of the different airlines.
Transportation companies will be contacted to ensure rapid transportation of passengers, relatives, crew and emergency teams to the different locations like meeting place, crash site, hotels, hospitals etc.
A detailed plan is in place in all the hotels selected to ensure consistent levels of service across the board.
A.S. & A.P. will be on site in the hotel used for passengers and relatives to monitor the services described in the MoU between the airline and A.S. & A.P./Hotels.
